Electricity: 100 kWh of electricity is included in the rent. Unfortunately, due to the enormously increased energy prices, we are forced to calculate the consumption above 100 kWh extra. For consumption above 100 kWh we charge €0.45 per KwH. The additional consumption will be settled with the deposit after the rental period.
